What happens when you delete your account
Your profile, data, and account will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone. You can create a new account later if you change your mind.
Ways to delete your account
From the Rondo app (recommended)
If you have the app: open Rondo → Profile → Account or Privacy → Delete my account. You’ll be asked to confirm. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
Request via this form
If you can’t use the app, submit the form below with the email address linked to your Rondo account. Our team will process your deletion request and confirm by email.
